About BureBure

BureBure creates handmade felted wool footwear, sauna hats, accessories and custom felted products.

Many of our products are handmade, made to order or made in small batches. This means that items may be made only after an order is placed.

Because our products are handmade, small natural variations in colour, texture, shape, thickness, decoration or finish may occur. These variations are part of handmade work and do not usually mean that the product is defective.

Products and product descriptions

We do our best to describe our products clearly and accurately.

Product photos, colours and details may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings and lighting.

We may update, change, improve or discontinue products at any time.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities, refuse orders or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, technical errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials or other exceptional circumstances.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will refund the paid amount according to the original payment method.

Made-to-order products

Many BureBure products are made to order.

Production time may vary depending on the season, workload, product type, materials, order size and custom requirements.

Estimated production times are provided for guidance. They are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we have clearly agreed to a specific deadline in writing.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom, personalized, special-size, made-to-measure, logo, name, group, designer collaboration, historical reconstruction and special project orders may require additional communication and approval before production.

You are responsible for checking the details you provide, including sizes, names, logos, colours, measurements, addresses and other custom information.

Once production has started, custom or personalized orders may not be cancellable unless required by law or unless we agree otherwise.

Custom and personalized products may have different return conditions, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Prices and payments

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout.

Prices may change without notice.

Payment must be completed before production or shipping can begin.

We may refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, technical issue, payment problem, suspected fraud or other reasonable reason.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information for all purchases.
