Shipping and return

We start felting your slippers only when you make a purchase.  By doing this, we avoid a waste of materials, which is a frequent issue in industrial manufacturing. Thus, we kindly ask you to be patient and wait up to 3 days -2 weeks for your item to be prepared for shipment. 

Shipping is free for orders over $75.
We ship our products worldwide with trackable FedEx, DHL or 
Deutsche Post Global Mail. 

All packages feature tracking data which allows you to determine the expected arrival date. 

Please always include your phone number in case the courier needs to contact you. Once your item is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number.

Return policy: Returns due to objective reasons are free of charge. Objective reasons include incorrect size, a product not matching its description, defective, or damaged when shipping.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and sent back in its original packaging. 

There are certain situations where no refunds or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 

  • The item not in its original condition or is damaged;
  • There are missing parts not due to our error;
  • The claim is sent more than 30 days after the delivery. 
  • Custom orders cannot be returned.
