Shipping Policy

Most BureBure products are made to order. This means that your felted wool footwear, sauna hat or accessory is usually made only after your order is placed.

Most orders take at least 1–2 weeks to make before shipping. Custom, personalized, group or special project orders may take longer. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing the order.

Ready to Ship items are rare exceptions. If an item is clearly marked as Ready to Ship, it can usually be dispatched faster.

We ship worldwide using trackable shipping services such as FedEx, DHL, Deutsche Post Global Mail or other available carriers.

Please always include your phone number when placing an order, as the courier may need it for delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Import duties and taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, import duties and taxes are covered by us where applicable.

For all other countries, any import duties, VAT, customs fees or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
