Return and refund policy
You can contact us for a return in 30 days after you get the item. If it's eligible for a return, we can make a refund or remake an item.
We only replace items when they are too small, too big, defective, or damaged when shipping.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and sent back in its original packaging.
There are certain situations where no refunds or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- The item not in its original condition or is damaged;
- There are missing parts not due to our error;
- The claim is sent more than 30 days after the delivery.
If you want a refund or a remake, send us an email at email@example.com We will ask you to return the item to one of our addresses.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. When you contact us, we may ask for a photo of the item.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will be processed within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in a few days, contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) We will check whether no errors appeared at our side.
If the refund was sent, but you still haven't received it, contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund reaches your account.
Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is sent to you.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
