How to Measure Your Feet

For the most accurate size recommendation, measure both feet while standing. Use the larger foot measurement.

How to measure foot length

  1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall.
  2. Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
  3. Carefully trace around your foot with a pen or pencil. Keep the pen as close to your foot as possible while tracing. Try not to angle the pen outward or leave extra space around the foot, because this can make the outline larger than your real foot size.
  4. The outline should follow your foot very closely, right next to the edge of your foot.
  5. Mark the longest point of your toes.
  6. Measure the distance from the wall or heel point to the longest toe mark.

How to measure foot width

  1. Stand naturally with your weight on your foot.
  2. Measure the widest part of your foot, usually across the ball of the foot.
  3. Keep the measuring tape straight, not too tight.
  4. If one foot is wider, use the wider measurement.

Measurements are a guide only. If you are between sizes or unsure, choose the option that matches how you prefer your shoes to fit.
