Return and refund policy
All our products are handmade to order especially for you. Each pair is crafted individually, is unique, and requires time and careful work to make. Please place your order responsibly, as once a pair is made it cannot be resold. For this reason, we accept returns only for incorrect sizes or if an order was made or fulfilled in error (for example, a wrong, defective, or damaged item).
You can contact us for a return within 30 days after you receive the item. If it is eligible for a return, we can issue a refund or remake the item.
We only replace items when they are too small, too big, defective, or damaged during shipping.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and sent back in its original packaging.
There are certain situations where no refunds or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

The claim is sent more than 30 days after delivery.

If you want a refund or a remake, send us an email at info@siuntikas.lt We will ask you to return the item to one of our addresses.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. When you contact us, we may ask for a photo of the item.

Refund Process
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will be processed within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in a few days, contact us (info@siuntikas.lt) We will check whether no errors appeared at our side.
If the refund was sent, but you still haven't received it, contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund reaches your account.
Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is sent to you.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
